Our warranty ensures that if your eyewear arrives defective or develops a manufacturing issue during normal use, we'll replace it or issue a refund with no additional cost to you.

What's Covered Under Our Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage that occurs during shipping for all products purchased from Pakistan Optical. This includes:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with lens clarity, frame construction, hinge problems, or coating failures
  • Shipping Damage: Products that arrive broken, scratched, or otherwise damaged during transit
  • Material Faults: Defects in materials used in the construction of your eyewear
  • Workmanship Issues: Problems resulting from faulty assembly or construction

Warranty Period: Our standard warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery for manufacturing defects and shipping damage.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, or crushing
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches from regular use
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Misuse or abuse of the product
  • Loss or theft of the product
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals

Prescription changes or adjustments to fit are not covered under warranty but may be available through our adjustment services.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your eyewear is eligible for warranty coverage, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 1 year of delivery with your order number and description of the issue
  2. Provide clear photographs of the defect or damage
  3. Ship the defective item back to us using our prepaid shipping label
  4. Our team will inspect the item and determine warranty eligibility
  5. If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund within 5-7 business days

For customers in Karachi, approved warranty replacements are delivered within 4 hours of approval.
